This hotel exceeded our luxurious expectations with its exclusive amenities that satisfied all of our needs. the room advantages were exceptional, especially the private facilities that made us feel pampered.
We encountered only one minor issue where the vinyl slider of the bathroom did not provide enough privacy. this was overshadowed by the exceptional service we received.

The staff was really friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with a lot of blankets to keep us warm during the cold weather. the location of the hotel was perfectly situated between the river and the main road, which allowed us to easily access key locations.
The food at the buffet was always cold and we would suggest making less portions more often, instead of one big portion that goes cold. the creaky bed was uncomfortable and the room was a little cluttered with furniture.
